ORDERING & SHIPPING
HOW TO ORDER
When you find a pin or other item you like, simply click on the “Add to
Cart” button and the item will be added to your electronic “shopping
cart.” When you are finished shopping and are ready to finalize your order, click on “Checkout.” You will see a summary of the items in your cart. At that point you will be
able to add or delete any item prior to making payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for payment. We also accept PayPal, and checks or money orders in U.S. funds.
PayPal payments should be made to: jcozsd@san.rr.com. (If you select "PayPal" as your payment option during the checkout process, you will automatically be directed to PayPal to make your payment, after which you will be returned back to PinSeller.com to complete the checkout process. Please be sure that you return to our website to make the final "click" to complete the transaction, or your order information will not be saved). All credit card transactions are guaranteed
secure through the use of our 128 bit SSL encrypted connection by GeoTrust. Your credit card will not be charged until we have processed your order, confirmed that we have all items in stock and your order is ready to ship.
Your paypal and credit card transactions and statements will show payment to "MJC Holdings, Inc.", which is the parent corporation of PinSeller.com.
In order to allow as many customers as possible the opportunity of purchasing popular pins, we have a quantity limit of 10 pins (of each different pin type) per customer. Our shopping cart will automatically limit your quantity to 10 per pin type, per day.
SHIPPING POLICIES & DOMESTIC RATES
We ship packages weighing up to 13 oz. via USPS First Class Mail. Shipments
over 13 oz. require USPS Priority Mail. If you order just a few pins they are usually shipped in bubble mailers,
with another protective bubble envelope inside the mailer providing additional
protection for your pins. Larger orders and pinsets are shipped in boxes. For particularly
large orders, we may ship via UPS or other carriers at our discretion.
When you place an order, you will see a “Comments” box where you can leave us a note about anything you think we should know about relating to your order. As detailed in the “Expedited Shipping” section below, if you need your order by a certain date, or are leaving very soon for a trip to a Disney Park, just let us know and we will find a solution to your shipping concerns.
Shipping and handling rates within the U.S. are as follows: $3.95 for the 1st
pin, plus $.25 for each additional pin. For example, if you order 10 pins,
shipping and handling would be $3.95 for pin #1, plus $.25 each for pins #2 through #10. The
total shipping cost would be $3.95 + $2.25, or $6.20 for 10 pins. Pinsets are figured as just one pin for shipping purposes; the extra cost of shipping these heavier items is included in the purchase price, so please keep that in mind when comparison shopping.
All of our domestic shipments that are sent via USPS will include both Electronic Delivery Confirmation Service and Shipping Insurance at no additional charge to the customer. When we generate the shipping label for your package, you will be sent an email notifying you of the confirmation number and you will also be given an Internet link so you can check on the delivery status of your order.
As a registered business in San Diego, California we are required to collect 8.75% sales
tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California.
It is our goal to ship all orders within 2 business days (Monday through Friday)
of receipt of your order. In fact we are often able to ship the very next business
day. During peak ordering times it may take up to 5 business days.
We regret that we cannot combine shipping of auction items won on eBay (eBay
seller id: mmmjcoz) and items purchased on PinSeller.com. Due to our accounting requirements, payments must be made
separately and items will be shipped separately.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
As noted above, we always strive to ship your order promptly, often shipping the next business day after an order is received. If you have any type of deadline for receiving your order, please leave a note for us in the "Comments" box when you are placing your order, and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.
We will respond to your note and give you our best estimate of the delivery date for your shipment. If necessary, we will move your order to "the head of the line" or if we need to consider upgrading the shipping method we will contact you to discuss the available options.
One situation that has come up a number of times is a new customer who wants to order a Disney Pin Trader Pack for their upcoming trip to Disneyland or Walt Disney World, but their departure date is just days away.
We will let you know if we can get your order delivered to your home in time, or alternatively, we can ship your order ahead to your hotel. We have done this many times, shipping to both Disney and non-Disney hotels, and have never had a problem. The bottom line is that it is never too late to place an order for Disney pins; we have even shipped a second order of pins to customers who are already at the Park, but need more pins to trade!
Whatever your special situation is, just ask, and we will give it the personalized attention it deserves.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our general rates for shipping and handling outside the United States are $4.95 for 1 pin, plus $.50 for each additional
pin. This amount is automatically calculated by our software for individual pins. On any items other than single pins, there will be additional postage charges for international orders. Please e-mail us at info@pinseller.com prior to placing an order for a shipping quote on specific items, such as the Disney Pin Trader Packs.
As noted above, we are now able to provide insurance on all shipments outside the United States, at no additional charge. We are very pleased to be able to offer this service as many internet sellers do not provide shipping insurance for their international customers.
We are a licensed tax-paying business, and are required to comply with all customs rules and regulations. Per customs regulations all customs forms will be marked as merchandise, not "gifts," and will be for the full price of your purchase, minus shipping.
If you live outside of the United States you should check with your country’s customs office to see what charges and fees you may need to pay prior to placing an order with us. They vary widely by country and by the dollar amount of your purchase, and the customer is responsible for paying all such duties and fees; they are not included in our shipping charges.
WE BUY PIN COLLECTIONS!
We generally do not trade for pins, but we do buy pin collections, both large and small.
Please keep in mind that we would be purchasing your collection for resale on
our website or eBay, and our offering price will reflect the pricing structure in our
stores. If you have a collection you want to sell, please send a list or description of the
pins you want to sell with as much detail as possible, (pictures/scans of the pins are also helpful) along with your asking price to: info@pinseller.com
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We check each pin carefully before it leaves our warehouse, but occasionally
a pin may go out that has a defect such as a broken post. Pins that are defective
or have been damaged during shipment will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
If the pin is no longer available a refund will be issued. Please contact us
by e-mail at info@pinseller.com for return instructions.
“If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!” If any item
does not meet your expectations, it can be returned for exchange or credit within
15 days of receipt.
